My life is a mirror

The people in my life are really mirrors of me.

This affords me the opportunity to grow and change.

I know you've been crying out for my attention.

You just wanted to be heard & understood.

I left you because I was hurting.

I was busy distracting myself from the pain & I ended up hurting us both even more.

Please forgive me. It wasn't my intention

I know you only want to feel safe & protected, cared for & loved. I can & will provide that for you.

I want to fulfill your heart's desires & provide a space for you to play & bring joy into the world.

I promise to make choices together from now on & I value how you wish to express yourself
